The IRONMAN 70.3 Triathlon begins with a 1.2 mile swim, then a 56 mile, 3 county bike race, and finishes with a 2-loop 13.1 mile run. Swim at Delaware Lake, bike through Delaware, Morrow, and Marion counties and run the 2 loop course beginning and ending at Selby Stadium at Ohio Wesleyan University.
2016 IRONMAN 70.3 Ohio offers 50 qualifying slots to the 2017 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
