JazZoo Concert Series 8-10pm (Gates open at 6:30pm)
Each year since 2006, the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and the Jazz Arts Group team up to heat up your summer with some cool jazz. All concerts feature Artistic Director Bryon Stripling and the Columbus Orchestra and are at the beautiful Water’s Edge Events Park.
15th – Bessie Smith, BB King and The Blues, a tribute to two all time greats of the jazz world
22nd – A Handful of Keys – A piano extravaganza featuring keyboardists Bobby Floyd, Dave Powers and Micah Thomas
5th – Big Band Classics featuring vocalist Dee Daniels
12th – The Sound of the 70s featuring vocalist Helen Welch
